Warriors Men’s Basketball Team Advances to NCCAA National Tournament
The Sterling College Men’s Basketball team outlasted the Southwestern Christian University Eagles last night to win 90-84 in the last home game of the season.
The Warriors now advance to the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Tournament in Winona Lake, Ind., where they are guaranteed to play three games from March 15-18 . . . [more]
Lady Warriors Victorious in the First Round of the NAIA Tournament
The Lady Warriors took the court Tuesday evening for the first round of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Women’s Basketball National Championship tournament in Park City, KS.
The Sterling women entered Hartman Arena with one goal in mind: victory.

“Cocaine Bear” is Exactly What it Sounds Like

This dark comedy, directed by Elizabeth Banks, is a non-stop ride. Every character in the movie creates an instant attachment to the audience. This movie is filled with gore and sick humor, along with a bear that both makes us laugh and makes us sick to our stomachs. By the end of this movie, this apex predator will do more cocaine than a stock broker on Wall Street.
Now, let’s be clear, this movie is not an intellectually, thought-provoking movie. It very much satisfies some low-end viewing pleasure. Which was clearly the goal. This movie is supposed to be ridiculous, and fun to watch. No other movie will make an audience laugh at gore, mauling, and decapitation quite like this movie . . . [more]
